All Waterfront Community- Heated Pool- Near BUCS Stadium

A short sentence to sum up my stay is that it was relaxing and beautiful views. Positive: The view, the condo as a whole, having a restaurant by the pool, very clean, friendly staff, the work out spot, it’s warm and welcoming. Negative: That the pool closes at 10pm and no access to the water.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We made alot of great memories on this family vacation and it was all possible because of everything the condo has to of Positive: We enjoyed the pool and poolside restaurant/bar. The ocean view was amazing with some spectacular sunsets. The condo was actually very spacious for my family of 4. We liked being on the gated property with parking close to the elevator and stairs. The location was ideal to visit things in both Tampa, and Clearwater. Negative: I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location on Rocky Point was perfect, offering beautiful waterfront views and a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Huge thanks to our host, Christine, for making the process so smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Great location, pool and amenities were great Negative: Did need to clean the patio but the host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to correct it! Great history, great communication and very responsive.
