Work trip Positive: This place is very nice with a great price! Close to alot of fun things to do and nice restaurant and bar on-site! Negative: Nothing

Positive: Clean, nice people and beautiful views

Smelled a bit musty rug wasn’t vacuumed Positive: Staff was great rooms had a cool view. Negative: The water got shut off for like five hours and I was only informed the night before. I didn’t like the communication of my host.

all in all, too expensive for what we got -> would not go back to that apartment Positive: nice ocean view, good restaurant with friendly staff, helpful reception area (24h) fast reaction of the host as the hair dryer did not work, but was replaced immediately Negative: description did not match in for us relevant elements: no washing machine in the kitchen as stated, only in the common laundry area (to pay) no walk in shower as stated, only a bath tub no BBQ in the apartment, but at the public area no beach as there were stones to avoid going to the water, so should better be called water front no window in the bedroom, getting fresh air or natural light not possible the bed was so bad, that it was not possible for us to sleep together iron was so dirty that ironing was not possible without stains at the clothes
