Tampa Bay Beachy Retreat: Pool, Balcony-Waterfront View

We had a wonderful experience Positive: The property was clean and smelled fresh. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was we saw a roach in the kitchen on the counter. I took pictures and informed the owner and this was her response: “Really? I have never had an issue there . I can send the maintenance team in the morning to spray We’re happy to give you a complementary late. Check out tomorrow at 1 PM as a result of your inconvenience. Please accept my apologies and I will address with the building as soon as you depart.” she responded quickly. Other than that there was no issues I would recommend this place to my friends and families. Negative: The roach but I s life you will see a bug everywhere.

Positive: The water that was outside Negative: The bathroom was filthy, the apartment smelled horrible.... I had to go spend more money at another place... You would have to be a drug addict to like anything about the inside of this apartment... Horrible

Maravilhosa! Positive: O apartamento é muito aconchegante! os anfitriões são perfeitos, respondem as mensagens imediatamente! deixaram-nos um vinho de boas vindas, café e outras coisinhas! a vista do por do sol é simplesmente maravilhosa! Fomos em quatro. Eu diria que para 2 seria ainda mais adequado! Negative: Não temos nada a reclamar!

Great Bayside unit Positive: Lovely clean place right on the Bay front. Nice Balcony view. Bed was comfy. Cutely decorated. Staff very friendly and responsive. Negative: Fridge was out but quickly fixed. Turns out was just a loose plug. Hallway outside unit had a musty smell but inside unit was perfect. Nothing else to mention

Positive: Very nice place. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Having the pool with the bar/restaurant onsite was very convenient!
