Positive: Perfect location, amenities were great and the place was well kept and clean .
Negative: The pull out sofa was miserable to sleep on - you could feel the metal bars on your back . We ended up purchasing a Queen Size air mattress , which we had to leave because we flew in/out of Tampa. I would recommend replacing the pull out sofa mattress or Sofa. That was the only downfall - which is a big deal, you want guests to be comfortable when sleeping.

Positive: It is very quiet and a great view of the water.
Negative: The smell of paint but the place is being renovated. Everything is getting updated, so that will be excellent for the future.
